Over Schneiders Makelaardij

Schneiders Makelaardij, opgericht in 2017 door Paul Schneiders, heeft zijn wortels in Hoorn (Noord-Holland) en Limburg. Paul, geboren in 1981, combineert jarenlange ervaring in de makelaardij en hypotheekadvies. Na een VBO bouwopleiding, een ondernemersdiploma en een HBO MER-opleiding, begon hij zijn carrière als assistent-makelaar bij Amsterdamse Stijl Makelaardij. Vervolgens groeide hij bij Van Overbeek Makelaars door in de commerciële vastgoedsector.

Tijdens de kredietcrisis (2008-2009) verlegde Paul zijn focus naar hypotheekadvies, een carrière die hij met succes voortzette bij ING en later ABN AMRO. In 2015 vond hij zijn persoonlijke en professionele toekomst in Maastricht, waar hij na een jaar bij ABN AMRO overstapte naar Hypotheek Visie Maastricht om onafhankelijk hypotheekadviseur te worden.

In 2017 ging Paul een samenwerking aan met John Nicolai Makelaardij, totdat de heer Nicolai in 2020 overleed. Sindsdien is Schneiders Makelaardij volledig zelfstandig actief. Het kantoor biedt diensten zoals aankoop- en verkoopbegeleiding, hypotheekadvies, verzekeringen en taxaties. Paul Schneiders combineert zijn brede kennis en ervaring met een persoonlijke aanpak, waarmee hij een betrouwbare partner is voor zowel woningkopers als -verkopers in de regio Limburg.
